Welcome to Mahjuoz. By accessing or using our booking and reservation management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hulul Mahjuz Aldhaki Trading Establishment. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Mahjuoz provides an online booking and reservation management platform that enables businesses and individuals to create custom booking websites, manage appointments, accept customer bookings, and streamline their service operations. Our platform includes features such as booking management, customer notifications, service catalogs, payment processing integration, analytics, and customizable booking pages.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia

Mahjuoz and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Hulul Mahjuz Aldhaki Trading Establishment. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

6. User Content and Booking Data

You are responsible for all content, bookings, and data you create through our platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws. You maintain ownership of your customer data and booking information.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that materially affect your use of the service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, Mahjuoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hulul Mahjuz Aldhaki Trading Establishment from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any reason with notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data before account deletion.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be resolved through the competent courts in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Before filing any legal action, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct negotiation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
