Welcome to Mahjuoz! This guide will help you understand the basics and get your booking system up and running quickly. Mahjuoz is designed to be intuitive, so you'll be accepting bookings in no time.
After signing up, you'll go through a quick onboarding process to set up your business profile. This process is divided into three simple steps:
Choose your website name (e.g., mahjuoz.com/yourname) and indicate whether you offer booking services. Your website name should be unique and represent your business.
Enter your business name in both Arabic and English, select your business category (Salon, Clinic, Gym, or Consultant), and provide a brief description of your services in both languages.
Tell us how you heard about Mahjuoz, what made you choose our service, and whether you'd recommend us to others. This helps us improve our platform and understand our users better.
Categories help you organize your services and make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for. For example, a salon might have categories like 'Haircuts', 'Coloring', and 'Styling'.
Services are the individual offerings within your categories. Each service should have detailed information including pricing, duration, and images to help customers make informed decisions.
Setting up your locations and working hours is crucial for the booking system to function properly. Customers can only book appointments during your available hours at your specified locations.
Make your booking page truly yours by customizing the look and feel to match your brand identity. A professional, branded booking page builds trust and increases conversion rates.
Access your website settings to customize:
Add your phone number, WhatsApp, and email so customers can easily reach you with questions.
Connect your Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok accounts to increase your social media presence and build trust.
Your reservations dashboard gives you complete control over all incoming bookings. You can view, search, filter, and manage booking statuses efficiently.
Click 'Confirm' to acknowledge and approve a customer's booking. This sends a confirmation notification to the customer.
After the service is completed, mark the booking as 'Finished'. This helps track completed services and maintain accurate records.
If needed, you can cancel a booking. The customer will be notified automatically. Use this feature responsibly.
Click the 'Export' button on the reservations page to download all your booking data in Excel format for reporting and analysis.

Update your profile information, email, name, and profile image.
Control customer booking experience: enable/disable cancellations, modifications, require customer information like gender, birthday, and city.
Manage your website identifier, theme colors, logo, favicon, business names, descriptions, and service layout.
Temporarily disable your booking page when you need to make updates or pause accepting bookings.
